Luke was very patient and calm about the whole situation. He was never rude. He was never frustrated when one method of opening the door would not work. He kept his cool and composure. Lastly he did it all in a timely manner.
Ron arrived quickly to allow us to gain access to a locked supply closet where materials were needed on an urgent basis. Ron was pleasant from the start and provdied expert service following up with a discussion of locks and options we could consider for changing out to a different type of door lock. Five star service in every way. I had a non-urgent need to re-key a lock and the locksmith was at my door within 45 minutes of calling. The lock was custom-made yet they knew how to change it. Jacob was quick, professional and nice. The entire change took less than 20 minutes and the price was right!
We had Guy come out to do a replacement for us sometime last week at a doctor's office in Columbia and he was so nice and definitely aimed to please. He was professional and worked with us on the price and was very patient with my boss who is a very hard man to please. They Showed up right away on a Sunday morning when my grandma locked herself out of her house. Very reasonable pricing and super quick service. We called at around 9:15am and were in the house by 9:45. Most importantly, Ron was upfront and honest about pricing!!!
